Good ideas start
with everyday life.

I'm exploring what I can build with AI to make everyday life easier.

Born on maternity leave. Built from real life.

Things I'm making

Buying & selling locally

ClearOut.app

Secondhand baby finds shouldn't mean a journey across the country. Less CO₂ emissions, more neighbourly connections.

Behind the idea

ClearOut.app began when I needed various items for my babies and wanted to buy them secondhand, close to home. I found buying and selling through WhatsApp chaotic, so I started exploring a dedicated marketplace for locals.

Rental-review prototype

Rate the Casbah

What is it actually like to live there? The people who have rented it have a story to tell.

Behind the idea

I'm exploring a rental-review platform where tenants can share candid experiences in their own words. It's a prototype, built around lived experience rather than the marketing brochure.

Food, through storytelling

Food Kingdom

Helping toddlers discover the world of food groups, one story and one little adventure at a time.

Behind the idea

Food Kingdom uses stories to introduce different foods and the roles of nutrients such as protein, fibre and carbohydrates. It grew from wanting a playful way to help little ones learn.

The story

AI was my day job
and curiosity
came home.

I wanted to roll
my sleeves up
and build.

Mama Can't Code was born during my maternity leave.

Before that, I worked in the eDiscovery industry with AI, and later with GenAI as we know it today. I witnessed the arrival of ChatGPT and was trained directly by Microsoft on Copilot. I was also part of the leadership team bringing my employer's generative AI product to market and helping clients adopt it.

When maternity leave began, I was too excited by what was becoming possible to stay idle. My curiosity and interest in these new tools, coupled with everyday life, gave me plenty of reasons to start building.

Finding things for my babies. Understanding what a rental was really like. Helping little ones learn about food. Those everyday questions became the starting points for the things I'm building.

Let's see where it goes

Got a little
“what if?” of your own?

An idea, a question, a possible collaboration.
I'd love to hear it.
